The suite is very large and bright, with oak floors and an oak bed, exposed wooden trusses and a comfortable bathroom with shower head on the ceiling, decorated with a mosaic in shades of lilac. It is located on the top floor of the main building and directly overlooks the village square. A balcony gives views of the church San Floriano at the top of the hill and another overlooks the centre of Valdobbiadene. Opening the windows in summer will allow you to appreciate the regenerating effect of the gentle sound of running water from the fountain, interrupted only by the tolling of the church bell, which is however never rung from 10pm to 7am in the morning.
The room is equipped with adjustable central heating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, digital TV, a mini bar with a welcoming bottle of Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG ‘Le Zitelle’, and a ‘sweet snack’ corner with tea, herbal teas and coffee and biscuits.
Great care and attention is paid to every detail at Zitelle, starting with the bed linen, hand made and hand embroidered in double-twisted cotton canvas: a natural, fresh, resistant fabric that can be washed at high temperatures.
